Job Description

A content writer will work cross-functionally to produce content that helps users convey complex technical information concisely and accurately.

In this role, you’ll create content targeted to customers of Immensphere web development products. The content is often in documentation, videos, or other educational material.

Technical writers are distinguished from explaining complex topics helpful to the company’s audience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, write and publish technical documentation for Immensphere web development products.
• Provide critical customers user journeys, concepts, how-to guides.
• Work closely with teams to identify essential user journeys.
• Create Information architecture that helps customers through the journey.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to continually refine ways to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Work with functional partners to prioritise the technical working load.
